All Sales Final
Due to the nature of custom-built and high-value electronics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.
Shipping Damage Policy
All systems are carefully packaged and tested prior to shipment.
If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos of:

The shipping box (all sides)

Internal packaging

The system and any visible damage

Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may void eligibility for resolution.
If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will work with you to repair, replace, or file a claim with the carrier.
Limited Hardware Warranty
We provide a limited hardware warranty covering defects not caused by user error.
This includes:

Hardware failure under normal use

Component defects not related to misuse or modification
This does NOT cover:

Physical damage after delivery

Improper handling or installation
-
Overclocking or BIOS modification

Software-related issues
-
Damage caused by third-party upgrades or alterations
Warranty Claim Process

Follow troubleshooting steps if provided
If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will determine appropriate resolution, which may include repair or part replacement.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Compatibility issues with user-installed parts

Issues caused by user modification or misuse
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that violate this policy. All systems are documented and tested prior to shipment.
