Products and Services

All systems sold by M. Technologies LLC are custom-built or individually assembled systems. Each product listing reflects the exact configuration being sold.

Due to the nature of custom-built systems, minor variations in component brand or model may occur only if explicitly stated.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices may include costs associated with processing, packaging, and business operations.

Payment is required in full before any product is shipped or released for pickup.

We accept payments through Shopify-supported payment methods, including financing options where available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Lexington, Kentucky.

For security and privacy reasons, the exact pickup address will be provided after purchase confirmation.

Customers are responsible for arranging pickup within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States only.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, M. Technologies LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

No Returns / Final Sale

Due to the nature of custom-built systems and high-value electronics, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

All systems are tested prior to delivery.

If a system arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide photos of the packaging and product

Failure to do so may void any claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, products are sold as-is.

M. Technologies LLC does not provide extended warranties beyond initial delivery condition unless specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

M. Technologies LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, downtime, or hardware incompatibility.
